Custom Ribbon/Toolbar

Is it possible to hide all the tabs in STD ribbon and have custom tabs only in Excel 2013 using VBA or Custom UI Editor? I can add my own tabs, but the STD File Tab is still showing. Is there any way to hide it?

Thanks. Would the whole Excel be affected? I just want to do this for 1 application. Anyways, I tried it. All tabs are gone, but FILE tab is still visible for me.

For the QAT there is an option on the top left to define the scope of the QAT
But I did not find something similar for the toolbar...

As far as i know... if you customize the ribbons, that applies to the application; not a particular file...
