Create on table from multiple tables

I receive multiple tables and need to combine parts of each into one report. There is one common piece of information on each table so I can do multiple VLOOKUPs but I am trying to find a faster and easier way to perform this.

It is probably a fairly simple thing to do, but I appreciate any help.

Try.....

In C14, formula copy across and down :

=VLOOKUP($B14,$B$5:$L$8,MATCH(C$13,$B$4:$L$4,0),0)
