Create a schedule with multiple rooms and groups

Hello everybody

Is there a formula or template anybody is aware of to create a schedule for multiple rooms and groups for a event we are planning? Each session will be half hour other than breaks (15 min), and there are 12 groups and 10 rooms. They all basically have to rotate but my issue is some teams will start a little later in the day and the rooms and classes can't overlap. I'm trying to find an easier way of doing this other than going through each group by hand and checking to see what room is available.

You need to put together a little more than that...
Start a spreadsheet with your raw data, schedule, and what you want the output to look like...
That will help us help you...

I've attached why I came up with. My boss sent me this spreadsheet and just asked me to come up with a schedule. One issue I can't overcome with a formula is some of the rooms are used for multiple things. See the "Shop Floor" for example.
