create a log file to record changes (input from web query)

Hi...

Column B of my sheet contains price which is got from a web query.

Column F & G contains formulas, and if the condition is met, we get a result there.
I wish to maintain a log to record the column F & Column G events.

I am attaching the worksheet for easy refrence.

ps:

I searched a lot, but since Excel only traps change events in cells based on manual input (neither copy & paste nor formula changes), it has become virtually impossible to solve the problem.

seniors request you to kindly guide me
