Create a list of name from multiple sheets

Hey, i have a sheet called "Main" and i add all the option from another sheet manualy
Can someone please help me to build a script to do it for me ?

I will explain
I have sheep with 3 shift each day for 2 weeks
i want to read from all the sheet i have (same format) the possibilty
from exmple on the second sheet if C6 & D6 has the time the list will add to currect position the value placed on D2
