count unique values based on 2 different criteria in other columns.

need to count unique values from a column based on 2 distinct criteria applied in different column...The conditions are the cells in of the selected column should not be blank and the second condition applied is that the cell in the following column could or not be blank

Next time, I'd suggest keeping the questions in the thread like this. I would also suggest you just tag the people you want, using the @ symbol and the name, rather than writing a message on @Smallman , @NARAYANK991 , @SirJB7 and my's walls. That will help prevent us from each independently spending time trying to come up with a solution, when one has already been presented.



Otherwise, it's similar to the cross-posting problem, where we all waste time working on problem(s) that have already been solved.
