Copying the Border Style from the adjacent cell

I use table like below.
Rows with Friday must have Thick Border Style.

<Problem>
Every month, I have to renew the dates and style manually.
I want to automate as much as possible.
Problem is Column D & E have dotted style.
So I can not just replace thick border to normal border.

What is the most efficient way to remove the Thick Border Style...?

<I am thinking 2 possible solutions>
-Copy the Border Style of Adjacent Cells (if such things exist)
-Just Keep Friday Rows, and change the rest...

Can you please give me suggestions...?
