Copying rows

Hello,

I'm in need of a macro, which can compare columns from two workbooks.
From the workbook price I need to compare column A, which starts at A2, to column B, from B2, in workbook form. If codes (column A) from workbook price are same as codes from workbook form, I have to copy values from column B and paste it into column D in form. If price has codes that are not in the form file, those cells have to be green in price file. If form has codes that are not in the price file, they have to be colored red. Then I need to delete rows in form, where cells in column B are red. And lastly I need to copy rows from price which are green to form, but it has to be added to bottom of last row. Also on the green cells, when copied, values in the column B, have to be pasted in the column D in form. Comments will be happily accepted because I may need to modify the code like to copy whole row.

George
