Hi AM,

I think you will need a VBA code.

If your data is blank you can go with:
Select Range > Ctrl+G > Special > Blank
Right Click > Delete > Shift cell up


Don't know why this trick is not working in your data.

When I try to select the range A3:D10 & follow the same steps as above; I received an error message "No cells found"

Try pressing delete key on all blank cells in the range, then try above steps
