Copy paste data multiple times or use some sort of formulla

HI,
I am try to copy paste data multiple time using some paste special or formulla. It would be great if it can be done using formulla, as and when new entries come.

The above part shows the data and the below is the output I am trying to draw without doing it manually. In future if I am adding anything below HIJ in column A it should be capture in the next 4 rows of column B as shown in output along with qty data mentioned in column B,C,D,E and respective date in column D of output. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sure, To a larger extent Xen solution has worked.

What I am trying to do is the tabular form of the data representation, I am trying to convert vertically. So for the same name, I would like to have it one below the other

Can you clarify, what it 'to larger extent'? Is there any problem?
If you want one below other, just drag table with your mouse to desired location

This is perfectly fine but I am not able to show the reference in Sheet 1, can you create the reference in sheet 1 in the column marked in Yellow. the three data points Material, Qty and Del date.... Thank you so much
