Copy data along with format from a closed file to a new file

@Dear All,

I want to copy the heading and particular portion to a new file from a closed file. Sample data is attached. File name & directory can be changed later on. This is the same kind of data when I uploaded earlier under Title "Soting of data against dates of each month" . But, I have shortened so many things to make it transparent. Here, heading will remain same and want to copy a particular record based on file No followed by user entry. Is this can be done with the help of macro ?
