Continous numbering and excluding duplicated data

Hi Everyone,

Please help me create formulas that would make continuous numbering for each unique data and exclude those duplicated datas. kindly see attached file.

Hi Rhon,

Not sure from your description but try below formula in F3 and copy down:

=IF(COUNTIF($G$3:G3,G3)=1,MAX(F$2:F2)+COUNTIF($G$3:G3,G3),"")

I am already using that MAX() formula, but since I am using that on a different cell of the file, I am always ending up with a circular error. It did not come to me to use it on a nesting style of formula. this was great, again, many thanks to you...
