I am stuck with modeling a report and looking forward for your insights, if possible. I have to build a report that tracks changes of people who prepare, review and approve a certain report. For instance, the report XYZ has three people responsible for it and sometimes one of them is out on vacations for a month or two and I have to change any of the roles above temporarily and put them back eventually. I can’t figure out how to build more visible report to track these changes over months. For now, the report lists the report names in cols and peoples’ names and notes in rows. Is there more efficient structure to track these changes?
