Consolidation of Multiple Files in to one output file

Hi Friends,

I am getting an error while executing the code.

Input file contains all the files which needs to be consolidated.
Output file contains a single file for the records which will be consolidated.

Have attached the macro file and the screens for error message.

Please help....!

Have You checked what would be value for 'tgtWbk'?
.. please do not try to answer that 'Set tgtWbk = ... and so on!
I mean the real current checked value.
