Consolidation of Excel tabs

Please suggest way to consolidate multiple excel tabs data in one sheet of the file. Data is in same template in all the tabs.
 
Use Power Query to either Join the tabs or Append the Tabs. Power Query is called Get and Transform Data and is found on the Data Tab on the Ribbon.
