Conditional Formatting

Hi Ninjas,

Good day!

Need to know how I can use conditional format to determine if a percentage passes or fails. Attached a sample file for reference.

My target changes every week/month, I would like it to show a Green icon marker if the Actual Percentage is equal or lower than the Plan but Red if it is Higher.

Tried it but it said cell reference was not applicable with conditional formatting. T_T

Thanks in advance!
Jei

Hi Jei,

I have created an extra column where we can show the green color icon and created the icon in that cell using Webdings font.

On this particular cell, I have defined the conditional formatting rule to compare Actual vs. Plan and apply the color code.

I am here by sending across the updated file for your reference.

Hope you find this helpful!!

Thanks,
Ramesh Kumar.P
