Hi,

I created conditional formatting where cell is blank remove the table and fill the cells in white colours. When i drop down total all data will flow and table need to be shown. But as mentioned above,in some rows though i selected total, complete line format is not applying in M4,N4 etc..

Hope you understand

Hi ,

I am sorry , but I am not able to understand.

Your worksheet has formulae in the range C4:U4 ; can you explain what the Conditional Formatting should do ?

Hi,

From C4 to W5,when there is no value or it is Blank,i need to conditional format with filling white colour and removing border lines.

But when i reselected the TOTAL in dropdown, border line for rows should appear.if you look at L4,line is appearing but not for M4.

I hope now you understand

Thanks

Hi ,

I have applied the CF rule to each individual block ; you can see them for yourself by selecting the range C4:W5 and clicking on Manage Rules.
