Hi i have a 100x10 grid/table in excel (a list of 100 jobs) the last column in the the table (column 10) is a complete status(Complete/WIP/Incomplete), I would like each row to go green once the compete status is populated with "Complete"

I know how to format one row to get my result but i dont want to have to do that too all 100 rows.

I will explain how i format one row as this might help...

For one row (lets say the first row )I would create a new rule and set the

Aplies to range as (first row)

=$A$2:$J$2

and my format values where this is true as

=$J$2="Complete"

How can i adapt this so every row goes green when the corresponding status cell is populated with "complete"

Thanks

Chris
