Conditional Formatting by Row in a Pivotable

Hi all,

Brand new to the forum see please be gentle!

I am currently working on a sheet that uses some data to create a pivotable Gannt chart. I have set a condition that will shade the cell in its > 0.1 but I also want to be able to conditional format based on the row name.

For instance if the cell is > 0.1 and the the first row contains 'Support/Bugs/CR's' then highlight red or if the cell is > 0.1 and the the first row contains 'Free' then highlight green or if > 0.1 and neither of the above highlight blue?

Please find my sheet attached (this relates to the Overview_By_Projects sheet).

Any help on this would really be appreciated.

Cheers,

Z

CF applied with below rules in the uploaded file:

1. Row having "Free" in column A and having value more than 0.1 into GREEN colour.
2. Row having "Support/Bugs/CR's" in column A and having value more than 0.1 into RED colour.
3. All other having BLUE colour.

How weird, the first time I downloaded the changes hadn't been applied! Now they have, amazing!

Thanks so much for that, you are life saver.
