Compare two lists

HI,
I am looking for some help to compare two lists in different sheets; but there's a challenge.

Sheet 1
Column A has list companies
Column B has name of associates

Sheet 2 has the same as sheet 1

Challenge, An associate can represent more than one company as you can see in the data

Desired result : I would like to have a column in sheet 1 that will indicate if the associate in column B represent the adjustment company in column A by looking at the list in sheet 2.

Please let me know if additional information is needed.

Thanks,
K

I had to name the columns first, in this case I used Account and Distributor.
Then I was able to come up with two solutions one that return true or false and the other one using the countIFS.

=IF(COUNTIFS('4-1-16 CRM Extract of Dist'!A:A,[@Account],'4-1-16 CRM Extract of Dist'!I:I,[@Distributor])>0,"TRUE","FALSE")

OR

=COUNTIFS('4-1-16 CRM Extract of Dist'!A:A,[@Account],'4-1-16 CRM Extract of Dist'!I:I,[@Distributor])

Thanks,
K
