Combining multiple worksheets, multiple workbooks

Hi,

I have 100 excels, with 20 tabs each, i want to create one new excel with these 20 sheets as the structure for these 20 is same for all excels. I have tried all forums but unable to get help please rescue.. i want to append data for these 100 excels tabs in one excel with 20 tabs but data from all excels in one.

as i am pretty new to the codes and stuff, i have tried to search the related problem but wasnt able to get through, it would be great if anyone could help me out ..
