Color Chart with Conditions

Hi Everyone,

I need to color bar chart with different color for only those people who have not completed 150 hours.

Thank you so much! Can you please tell me the proceedure I need to apply this on my workbook, where there is a huge data around.

Basically there are 2 series of data in the chart. if you right click on chart & click on select data you will see that series 1 is Hours and series 2 is the formula for below 150. Then once data added, right click on the bars for series 2 and click on format data series, then change the series overlap to 100%
