Coding a variable into an NPV function

Hi,

I want to code a standard NPV function (eg =NPV(3.5%,H10:AK10) covers a 30 Year period) such that the number of periods is variable and thus, in this example, to have the "AK" element of the code change when the variable changes.

I suspect I should be using some combination of OFFSET/INDEX/INDIRECT functions but its late of Friday and its been a long week...

Thanks in advance to anyone who can solve this...
 
Think I have now solved it by using OFFSET in Dynamic Named Range! But still happy to hear of other solutions...
