CLEAR FUNCTION IN A USER FORM HOW TO USE IT?

Dear Participants - another issue:

this spreadsheet contains a worksheet named "DCF". Clicking on Userform makes it appear. But only clicking on CLEAR fill the data in the combos and the scroll down. I have tried "hard" to have it done at the start and not to trigger it by hitting CLEAR. i did not succeed. If you could help?. Thanks
