Chart creation with more attributes

Dear All,

Attached is the excel with 20 employees and parameters (A, B, C, D, E, F, G & H).

Need to generate a single chart with all the employees and all parameters. Tried various options with radar, bar, column etc which are looking cluttered.

Tried to create a chart with validation of all parameters which is still not a single chart covering all.

Need your inputs and suggestions please for data visualization.
