I am trying to do similar thing to this thread but my Max value is changing project by project

Hi Sohil,

I believe this will work nicely for you. Code copies one of the two master shapes (correctly named) and pastes them into desired cells. Read the comment at start of macro if you need to make adjustments to range/locations.
