Change Date to the Date Before

Really simple request (but not for me)
I want please a formula that will change a date to show the previous date. The condition is if the end date is before 11:59 am the following day. please can you write me a fomuale that can do that.

I have an example for the beginning date - that move all events after 6pm to the next day
I need the similar concept for the end date.
