Hi Sanjeev,

Just another alternate non-array solution, using @Asheesh Sample file try below formula:

=LOOKUP(9.999999E+307,1/($A$2:$H$2="P"),$A$1:$H$1)

This will shows the last date from row 1 where there is a P in row 2.
