Hi

Cell O13 states if a test passed or failed.
The status can be updated column X for failures noted in column 0

Cell q13 states the ranking.
The status can be updated column y .

I need to have columns Z and AA to give me the full puture.

it should shows me results of column O and if there are updates in column X - then colmun Z should show the full picture - use colmn O or updated column X
it should shows me results of column Q and if there are updates in Y - then column AA should show me the full picture - use colmn Q or updated columnY
