Cell Referencing Query

Hello Fellow members, I am looking for formulae for cell referencing where last location of cell is not fixed. (please refer attached excel for reference)

Table#1 and Table#2 has some variables on the basis of which last cell of table#2 gets calculated.

As part of referencing, I will be replacing Table#2 values with values present in table#1.
But since the last cell value is dynamic (as shown in attached excel), normal referencing wont help. Structure of table1 and 2 is rigid and I cant make any changes to tables. However, I have liberty to add rows above table#1.

Please suggest..

Why is A, B & C = 5, 6 & 7
Shouldn't they be 10, 20 & 30 ?

What is the formula for D ?

Is D dependent on A, B & C or L, M & N ?
 
thanx for taking a look Hui.. D is originally calculated using (10, 20, 30), as part of changes, I will update this to 5,6,7.

D is based on sum of 5+6+7 (as example.. please let me know if u need exact calculation)

There lies the problem as location of D is not static thus i can't do a normal cell referencing. Thus, I am looking to create a formulae based macro which shall calculate and replace the value in column D.

Please let me know if this makes sense..
