Cell format change to date without a reason

Hi all,

I met a problem that all my cells format in became a date format.

How can I eliminate that problem.

Hi,

I think on the first lot it got and when you copy pasted the same set again and again it went copied. Select Qty + Sale data and press Ctrl+Shift+~ , this will bring the data back to general format.

Well on My Excel 2010 when I changed the format and saved the file and re-open it it did not changed.

Can you go through the link shared by @Faseeh on the other thread where you first posted this question.
