Can't open PowerPivot Field List Table

I'm trying to learn from Bill Jelen's book, Power Pivot for the Data Analyst. When in PowerPivot and creating a pivot table per his instructions, I can only see the Excel Pivot Table Field List but not the PowerPivot Field Table List. I can't even get it in the sample file Bill has available for download. What am I missing?

As to your question you will probably need to install it as power pivot is not included as standard
