Calculating XIRR with non-adjacent cells

I would like to calculate the XIRR with non-adjacent cells for the enclosed Excel file, with the following inputs:

• The “Date” is shown in Column A.
• The “Cash Flow” is provided in Column C.
• The “Last Reporting Date” is provided in Cell I11.
• The “Last NAV” is provided in Cell I12.

As you know, the NAV (exit value) should be included in calculating the XIRR, and its not adjacent to the columns of "Date" and "Cash Flow". I want specifically the cells I11 and I12 to be part of formula. I enclosed the file, and would be grateful if you can provide me with proper formula/or formulas to do this calculation.
