Best Way to Change Cells

Hi there,

I have a monthly report where there are many cells reading from another file, I need to update the cells each month for example from column B to C, what is the fastest way to do so ?

Copy column from another file.
Paste to just added column.

the thing is that the cells are not arranged in sequence, i cannot just copy them from another file is there a way to replace all cells contain B12 by C12 for example?

There are many ways to do things
You asked - how to do sweet fruit cake without knowing - what do You have?
You should able to send sample Excel-files, which has some sample data as well as expected results based You data.

Attached is a demo, data are much larger but I cant share it, the thing I want to reach is to change cells as below,

B5 from E5 to F5,
B6 from E13 to F13
B7 from E7 to F7
B8 from E15 to F15
And so on..

... You demo has/is one file. ... It's a challenge!
Your demo-file has eight links from somewhere
... Do those links work after something? ... Could those be fixed values?
About Your data are much larger...
... others would like to see a sample data, which looks as realistic as possible.
... You should able to show - situation before and expected results after run that macro
... any VBA-solution needs to know exact data's layout - it won't guess.
