Barcode scanning spreadsheet (need beep sound)

Hi

I have created a spread sheet which I plan on using for scanning clothes into the building.

I would like to hear a beep when a barcode is scanned into cells E30 down to E25000

Also if a barcode is scanned and the data is not in the green cells (above the sizes ) then I want an alert with a pop up and sound to say the barcode is not reconized

Any help with this will be great
