Automatic Mail sent through Outlook

Hi All,

I have huge list where I need to send mail to their Manager regarding their employee title change.

Requirement is - If manage have two or more than two employee then mail will go only once and their employee details will in a table.

I can do it by Mail merge but problem is I can't able to find the method, if there are more employee under same Manager.

Please find the attached mail which will give you more information.
Thanks in advance..!! ;)
