Okay. In the attached file, I manually entered 1-5 in C11-C15 as there are 5 employees. Can Excel do this automatically? i.e. can it count the rows starting from row 4 and automatically return the result? So for exmple, if it finds 9 rows starting from row 4, it should return 1-9 in C11-C19.

Something like below and copy down.
=IF(ROWS(A$1:A1)<=(COUNTA(A:A)-3),ROWS(A$1:A1),"")
