Automate assigning of tickets

Hi,

I am looking for a vba code that will connect excel and outlook. In outlook the ticket number arrives from a single email address.
Here are few points needs to be considered
1. I am looking for extraction of the emails in excel arriving from that email address for the past 4 days.
2. The extraction will be in the form of subject line, ticket number, email body, name, employeeid
3. In subject line, the subject line of the email will be taken
4. In ticket number, the number starting with ABCD will be taken. The ticket number will be taken from subject line. Then the email body column.
5. The name will be taken from requested for: present in the email body. The first "requested for" in email body.
6. Along with name, it should extract the employee id of the person.
7. Then we have to compare the tickets that are pending and the tickets that are already assigned. The already assigned tickets will have two columns A and B in sheet 2 with ticket name and assigned name.
8. After that equal distribution of ticket among 3 members of the team
