Apply Hyperlink in Multiple files

Dear All,

I have created an excel file with two columns

COLUMN B : Purchase Order No
Column C. Scanned copy of Orders in pdf format (linked the order copies through hyperlink)

Sample file attached. Also see the path of Hyperlink in the screenshot.

Initially, this hyper link was set to C :\path1\path2\001 and was working fine. However, due to some changes in the server setting, location of pdf files has been changed into new directory / path.
as per attachment. ALL THE PDF FILES HAVE BEEN NAMED IN SEQUENCE.
Here the problem what I face is to change the path of each files manually for smooth linking. Total number of rows will be 250+.

I inserted new hyperlink in first row and linked the pdf file named 001. However,how it can be done with formula or macro ? stretching the function downwards will open only pdf 001. and not a particular file.

When we set the location, that particular directory can be linked in a single stretch for any number of files, but not a particular file individually.
hyper linking the pdf files separately becomes little hectic.
Is there any options available either through macro or through formula ? Help is requested

@Narayan Sir,

Excuses for the belated reply. I do not have the right to use internet all times.

This is perfect. Work completed and thanks a lot.

Still a small doubt, Suppose I want to reduce length of path just like G:\path1\path2\path3\123.pdf into 123.pdf, how it can be done.
