and function in conditional formatting

hi,

I try to use "AND" formula in conditional formatting to highlight B2="USD" when C2=EMPLOYEE.

but i not highlighted correctly.


please help.

Either:
go into the Conditional Formatting Rules Manager as shown in my picture and adjust the Applies to field to make it correct
or:
delete your existing attempts, then select cells B2:C7, then add the conditional formatting afresh.
