Analysis of registrations for services - how many register for multiple services?

I have a large spreadsheet of transactions for an online service, sample attached. Once on the portal, users have to go through a verification phase to add access to a number of additional services. The transaction log records if the attempt to register was a failure or success.
The main service is Service1. I would like to know for the users who successfully registered for a particular service, what percentage also registered for another service?
For example, I expect that of those that successfully registered for Service1, only 10% successfully registered for Service2 and 5% for Service3. Conversely, I expect that 90% of those that registered for Service2 also registered for Service1.

Any suggestions on how I can generate this analysis please?

Regards
Robert

There's no easy method to do it but this is the easiest I know of. I've changed it to .xlsx format so formulas will work.

Basically the names are just filtered from your list & pasted, then remove duplicates. Rest is formulae
