I'm working on a solution that adjusts visits allowed. There are three situations in the spreadsheet. Calendar year which spans and entire year, benefit year which may end before the calendar year, and a patient adopting new insurance. The calendar years are straight forward and don't need any adjusting. The benefit year and patient adopting a new insurance with new visits allowed posses a problem. As of now, the Visits allowed are refrencing from the 'Patient List' worksheet. This is all fine and good unitl the benefit year expires in the middle of the current year or when a patient adopts a new insurance (A12). I need a solution that can adjust for the benefit year or when a patient adopts a new insurance. Hope that makes sense, Thanks. I've attached the workbook
