A Little help to dashboard

this is my workbook containing master data in sheet2, I want to fetch the values in sheet3 according to check-box selection, I am trying to use offset but I am unable to do this, please help me someone, i want if I select 2007 check-box, the whole data of 2007 should apper in their relative cells and so on ....
