2013 Excel Restarting - Pivot Table

Hi Sir....

I have an issues as follows.

I have created pivot 4 tables, these are all connected to same data range. If the data increases the i need to increase source range of pivot tables. In this case all pivots works fine.

But, when i make this normal source range as Table (not pivot table) and name it as Table1. Now i try to change the source range of pivot tables as Pivot1, suddenly 2013 excel restarts, and file closes some time it might open recovered file. These pivot tables are connected to Pivot charts. and i have slicers.

I would like to have Table1 as source range, because source range to get update automatically when i add data.

as i said earlier, when i try to change the source range to Table1, it restarts.

Please help me out....

You may find it easier to make new pivots from the table, it is better to take a moment and a few cups of coffee and think through your data layout before jumping in.

When you name the table as Table1, the source range of Pivot tables to be changed to Table1 and not Pivot1.
