So for example when I put yes into say D27 I want E27 to show the price of say £9.99 but if it says no then it should be £0.00

I have spreadsheet that has options of yes or no which dictates the end price, I want to have it auto calculate so for example if you choose the option yes it automatically shows the price but if you choose no it has a zero value. Can anyone advise on how this is done Thanks in advance again

Hi Sir I did as Dan said, but where I was going wrong was I wasn't using Colum "B" to type in the formula so to change all of colum A I typed = Proper (A1) into B1 and dragged to the bottom .. easy when you have the great advise of the members here and it makes me look clever to the boss

hi how do I get my formula to the bottom of a spread sheet without having to drag it for ages. Thanks
