Any idea guys why Conditional formatting of icon sets does not allow relative referencing, While applying to column set it says " The relative reference is not allow for condistinal formatting for data bars, icon sets ..."??

The issue is resolved .It was nt an easy solution .
You wont believe though we were talking about power point but actually setting was required in Windows Word document :)
