@ udprocks, Here again you have not given the end date. View sheet1 in the attached file. Since you need drop down for both Date & Project I have used an Pivot table & chart based on pivot data. The chart is very raw, please customize it as per your requirements.

Hi Rajender, I don't think it is possible to put a line chart for count of column A, for your graph. Because column A counts for FTTN, bell E-Line, DSL MPLS..... & not for WO500 TX Line Ordered Date, WO500 TX Site Survey Forecast.......... Kindly refer to sheet 1 in the attached file.

Ok, please upload a file with the start date & end date for each project & other relevant details. Give me the format in which the data is maintained, because your first excel was incomplete, I had to assume a lot of things.

I dont think this is possible in excel. Instead you can use the text box.

=COUNTIFS($B$2:$B$10,B15,$A$2:$A$10,">a")

Click on the Pivot got to options<Field, Items & sets<Calculated_fields. Here enter the formula .

Inserted a macro which will copy & pasts the data in Yearly tab & then clears the data in Monthly tab.

In excel 2010 got to data<from web<Address, type in the web address & click on Import. The data will get imported to the excel sheet.

@ Khalid NGO. I am using excel 2010 & both option work for me. Formula Tab<Show Formulas. (short key Ctrl+~). I am able to view the formula, but unable to copy them as they are protected.

HI, Do you want to view all the formulas in the protected worksheet. Formula Tab<Show Formulas. This will display all the formulas even when the worksheet is protected. You can only view the formula, you will not be able to copy the formula.
