Performance Excel dashboard

HI All,
I am looking for Excel dashboard to manage and track the team objectives. The template should automatically when each objective is updated.
dashboard it should clearly display where each team member stands on each objective.

In filter when select region than shows Manager wise Performance when select manager than shows his team performance. and need division wise filter for Performance.

in sample file give one objective base file and pivot table for reference and


sample file enclosed.
