Adding a step in M language

I have created an extra step after "Removed Other Columns" which creates the below step. How would you go about to select in column "Customer" only records that are not NULL and that are not empty? I can filter it but I am gradually happen to use the M language more and this would help me to understand M language a bit better if you can help please. Thanks
